Try an Ovation – FREE – for two weeks.

Simply put, we think Ovation pipettes are the most comfortable, easy-to-use pipettes ever made. And that's why we want you to try one in your own work environment, risk-free for two weeks. If you don't love Ovation, you don't keep it. Simply send it back, no questions asked.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Fill out the form below. Click the "submit" button to send the form to our Customer Service Department. You will be contacted shortly to confirm the information and answer any questions about the Ovation BioNatural Pipette and the two week trial program.
  2. Credit card information or a P.O. number will be required for security purposes, however you will not be invoiced or charged unless you decide keep the pipette.
  3. An Ovation BioNatural Pipette (in your choice of model and volume range) and sample tips will be shipped to you via an insured carrier.
  4. At the end of the trial you can decide if Ovation is everything we say it is and keep it. We will either charge your credit card or send you an invoice – your choice. The cost will be our US Retail Price ($329 to $1345, depending upon the pipette model*), and includes shipping. We’ll also send you a free case of tips to show our appreciation for participating in our trial program.
  5. If you decide Ovation isn’t for you, simply contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization number. Then repack the pipette in its original packaging and send it back to us via an insured carrier. Note: A charge will be made to the credit card number that was provided if the pipette is not returned within 10 days of the conclusion of the trial period.

Participation in this program is limited to one trial pipette per organization or department. Additional purchases of Ovation BioNatural Pipettes can be made through our web site or from an authorized VistaLab Technologies distributor. Pricing, availability and delivery for additional pipettes is at the distributor’s discretion.

* Adjustable, Electronic, Macro and Multichannel models are available for participation in a two week trial. Fixed volume models are excluded.
