The TotalCare program provides full warranty coverage for a period of three years for each enrolled Ovation adjustable volume, electronic single channel, macro and multichannel pipette. The program provides two Calibration Plus™ or Calibration Platinum™ (multichannel models) services and/or repair procedures per year, including any needed parts. Registered users receive automatic e-mail notifications one month prior to scheduled calibration.

The TotalCare Program includes:

  • 2-day turnaround for Calibration Plus™ service and most repairs (adjustable volume models)

  • 3-4 day turnaround for Calibration Plus (electronic single channel models) and Calibration Platinum™ services (multichannel models) and most repairs

  • In-factory repair by the manufacturer

  • ISO/DIS 8655/I-4 (POVA), NCCLS 18-P and NIST compliant procedures

  • Calibration performed in temperature/humidity-controlled room

  • Performance verification to original factory specifications

If more than two calibration procedures per year are anticipated (i.e. some SOP’s require more frequent calibration intervals), they can be pre-purchased at the time of enrollment for an additional cost.
